Happy Independence Day, sweet friends!
We celebrated yesterday, my mom had to head home this morning (boooooooooo :( )
so we had a wonderful celebration yesterday.
watermelon, IBC root beer, hot dogs, swimming, swinging, and spending all day in the back yard.
and guess what? i took ACTUAL photos, on my REAL camera. whaaaat???
when did my girls get so big? that's what i was thinking after i looked at these photos.
also, what will the twins look like? harper and sadie look so very different. who KNOWS what the next two will look like!
and also this...next fourth we will have two seven month old baby girls to add to the mix. holy cow!!
I love this country. Love it with all of my heart. The freedoms we enjoy here are such a blessing.
I want to take a moment to thank all of the men and women, daddies, mommies, sisters, brothers, sons, and daughters... heroes...who are out there fighting for those very freedoms. so that we can be safe, and sleep at night without worry.
And I want to thank one soldier specifically...a handsome Major that holds my heart in his hands. Love you Jimmy, and miss you.
Happy Fourth, everyone!!
xoxo

It's me again, the cryer. I can't tell you how much I enjoy your blog entries. They always make me cry. mostly because they are so heartfelt. Today I cry for the mothers, sisters, fathers, brothers wifes and husbands of those who serve and arn't home today. But even more than that I cry because these heros are keeping me and mine safe. They are all MY HEROS. God bless America and god bless Those who serve and God bless you and your family.

Love the pics of your pretty girls...the pic with Harper's arm out made me think of a fave quote at our house: "Stand down sister....." That line is from Over the Hedge and my boys love to say it to me....I could just hear your kiddos saying it to each other!
