how is that right? how does it go so quickly?
they are smiling, laughing.
sleeping through the night some nights
they are staying awake for longer stretches of time.
cooing, really looking at us.
holding their heads up. trying to roll.
they make us so happy.
and so tired.
and so excited to see what the future holds.
i had NO idea that having twins was going to be so fun. and so different. and so interesting to people.
we get stopped everywhere we go. i love that.
i love them. i love each of them so much and so strongly. and in different ways.
they are so beautiful.
how is it that the heart has the capacity to love so much?i thought i'd have to divide my love by four. but instead it's multiplied four times.
thank you lord, how could i ask for more.
WOW!!!! can't believe they are so old and getting so big!!! and I love that i can tell them apart!!! xxoo

It's amazing how old they look, isn't it?! They've changed so much!! SO adorable and sweet. :-) My sister also loved getting stopped... I think she still does. ;-) Although, usually her twins get stopped now, now that they're nine. LOL. I love it too. It's so fun to be with them. :-)

They are so darn cute! and it gets better every day... ;o) No wonder you get stopped when you go out with them. So fun to watch the photos as they grow, and they do grow fast! Enjoy every minute... these are precious times for your family.

Beautiful! You make me wanna have twins...yet I still shudder at the thought. I love the wide eyed look they get when you take their picture. As if they have never seen a camera before and you are scaring them! Love it!

I can't believe how big they are already!!! I loved the picture you had in your i'll admit post... very adorable!
Now, I want to say (I'm pretty sure you must've deleted the admit post) I enjoy opening my email & seeing a post from you.... I can' wait to open it up & look. Of course because you're very talented, and have such adorable children ;), but also because I love to read what you have to say. I think it must be because you remind me a lot of myself.
I enjoyed your admit post.... because you had no problem saying out loud & accepting you flaws! I have many of the same flaws!!!
I overreact a LOT!!!!
On a few occasions I've made my son cry during math homework (not intentionally).
I get so frustrated with my boys when they bring home not so great grades... because I know that they know how to do it.
I have been know to curse a little too much.
I have a really hard time dealing with people sometimes, they just get on my nerves.
I get lazy sometimes (ie: my Christmas tree is STILL up on on)
I have a bad habit of speaking before thinking... and this has gotten me into a few arguments.
And this just barely scratches the searches of my flaws.
My point is, keep on being you. I'm a follower & subscribed to your blog because I WANT to be. I enjoy what you have to share & you usually bring a smile to my fast at some point in your post!! What you wrote the other day, I seen nothing wrong with it.... I've said some of the same things & I'm no where near snobby. My husband and I get on conversations about mullets (for some reason they are popular here in Indiana.... and my uncle still wears one, lol). I've seen a lot of trashy dressed people, which I think has nothing to do with to do with a persons financial status. You could have millions upon millions of dollars and still dress 'trashy'.
I also agree with the persons comment that you quoted in your post.... some people might have taken it the wrong way! I know some folks (<- folks is the hillbilly in myself coming out) take me the wrong way as soon as I open my mouth. I can't help it.... I try to be polite, nice & civil... but sometimes to some people it does not come across that way!!!
Girl, you keep being you.... because you're amazing!!!
Thanks for all that you share with us!!!

Your girls are beautiful - both the bigs and the littles! I just love reading your posts for the 'life stuff' and the gorgeous scrapbooking eye candy!
I saw the last couple of posts and was disappointed by the reactions you got and I can understand why you deleted them. I was actually coming back to put my own 'two cents' in as I didn't have time to type a comment this morning. All I can say is - keep doing what you are doing! I think it would be disappointing to just get a shiny, superficial blog post. I thoroughly enjoy reading about your gorgeous family and your creative projects.

the crying baby pic, with their names on their shirts so in the future they cannot blame anyone else, is a prize!
also, there had better be an "i'll admit... scrapbook page" in your future. loved your words in that post and how you stated your thoughts.
keep on keepin' on. don't let chuck e sneezes be your undoing. trust me, 4th grade long division will be so you have that to look forward to...

the monkey costumes just kill me... LOVE the little balled up fists! ;)
I just remember holding my babies and smothering them with kisses and never putting them down...
Okay, so I know I didn't really do that but that is my memory of my littles lol Good memories, though, huh?
Love seeing your beautiful babies, Steph!

They are so beautiful, Stephanie -- all four of your girls! Do you know if Cate & Lucy are identical or not? In some photos they look exactly alike... and in others, I see another little Harper and another little Sadie. Just wondering....
