No, I don't get to go to CHA this summer. Let's be honest. Between J coming home and an impending (less than 2 weeks away!) move to Rhode Island...it just wasn't the best time.
I have tentative plans to be at CHA 2013 Winter, though. YAY!
I have been feeling the creative spark returning. I have a desire to do and make and get messy. And I love that I'm now doing it on my own terms!
So here is what I've seen around the web...and what I've fallen in "deep like" with.
Crate Paper On Trend. I love every single bit of this one. Every single bit. Yes, even the animal prints. I love the colors, the patterns....I need all of this and I plan on purchasing it all:
These 2 papers (especially the top one) I am over the top excited about.
Crate Paper Acorn Avenue. This one is a bit cutesy for me. I don't "do" animals so much...but parts of it I really love. I'm sure it's b/c I miss Sassafras so much. I love seeing Tim and Beck around so much this year (Crate,SC,BasicGrey):
I can see myself buying multiples of these 2 papers:
Amy Tangerine. I love everything Amy does. These new books are at the top of my list:
American Crafts. I've never done a December Daily and I don't know if I ever will. But I can see myself using these tags for EVERYTHING. Crafting, home decor, gift wrapping:
Dear Lizzy Fifth and Frolic. It's no secret that almost everything Elizabeth designs is right up my alley, and this collection is no different. I particularly adore the embellishments and the darling albums:
Pebbles Seen and Noted. The colors? Enough said.:
Jenni Bowlin. I have loved feathers for so long and I have tried to make my own to no avail. These are LOVELY:
KI Memories. So happy KI is back and adorable as always. The second washi from the top is my favorite:
Simple Stories. There is an overwhelming amount of product coming out from Simple Stories. And I don't overwhelm easily. HA! The Sn@p stuff really caught my eye, though. Love these sticker sheets:
Webster's Pages. Okay, I don't know what I will do with these, but since when did that ever stop me? I want. hahaha!:
Lily Bee. Kristen is really consistently designing some awesome stuff lately. I especially like these cute doily journal cards:
Cosmo Cricket. I hate to say this because I loved the Cosmo of the past. But...I don't know...I'm just underwhelmed this time around. Too muted maybe? But canvas number brads? Hello lover:
BasicGrey Lucille. This shouldn't surprise any of you who know me. Vintage goodness. Graphic patterns, feminine and all around lovely. I love Lucille:
Pink Paislee City Sidewalks. I admit it. I am a tag JUNKIE. I must add these to my stash. The Artisan stuff intrigues me too, but also scares me, as I'm not so good at techniques:
Farm House Paper Co. This is a new company I saw on 2peas. This is one of only 2 sneaks they have released, but I do have to say that it makes me eager to see more:
Maya Road. Oooh, hello floral fabric tape. And stick pins, and bows:
Studio Calico. Again, I love feathers. And teal. And numbers:
My Mind's Eye.I know, I know. I've already told you that I'm obsessed with The Sweetest Thing. Here are my favorite pieces. Sigh.:
Prima. Prima is much to frou frou for me these days. But I have to admit that these little wooden buttons are precious:
What do you think? Do you agree? What have you seen that you love? I'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions!
Hope you've had a beautiful and blessed weekend.
xoxo

dang I want to go shopping. I am glad I don't look to much at all the different new lines because I would be super broke with all these goodies.
Good luck on your move. Come up to Boston for a visit & I'll show you around :-)

I'm thrilled to see Ki's release this time. I have loved them from their beginning and cannot get enough of their products! Love the new Sn@p items, too.
And, thanks for sharing the Farm House goodies -- I want to see more! I love using bits and pieces in my layouts and these will be perfect.
I love seeing all the new products that each show brings, but mostly, I love the inspiration all the new projects bring.

Thanks for sharing your break down of the new lines! I have checking them out as well and loving some of the same ones you noted!

Loving all the images you've shared! I have been surfing the blogs this last week myself, but you've really shown the best pieces. I am loving the Handbooks being put out by Studio Calico. I used to think Studio Calico was a little too girly for my style, but they are putting out a LOT of lovliness that is at the top of my purchase list! Thanks for sharing! :]

Great pics, can't wait to do some shopping. I'm with you
I also love everything Amy Tangerine puts out.
Do you have to be a member of CHA to attend the shows?

Thanks for sharing your favorites Stephanie, i love both of those Crate collections also, so much fun stuff it's hard to decide what I need!

You picked all the winners - I am just going to follow behind you and duplicate your orders as the new goodies become available. I want one or two of each please :D
Perhaps that explains why I subscribe to your blog and stalk all crafty goodness you share! OK I am not a stalker - that even creeped me out. I just really enjoy you art and your stories! Thanks for creating my shopping list in one convenient spot for me!

My absolute favorite is Jenni Bowlin's feathers! I also love Heidi Swapp's lines. I had so much fun with her last release and this offers even more... I always LOVE MME's lines, especially the embellishments. I buy every single one.

You are spot on with your critiques of the new products being released. On Trend -- fabulous especially those two papers. Jenni Bowlin feathers -- swoon! Studio Calico number paperclips -- love! American Crafts layered tags -- perfect! Cosmo Cricket brads -- the only thing I want from the entire release. My only favorites not on your list were Basic Grey Mico Mono Stickers -- need (in every color)! And, new Ali Edwards fro Technique Tuesday stamps -- I'll take one of each please!

Thanks for the warning to avoid looking for scrap stuff! I have SO much stuff I need to use first before I go broke shopping for new!
Posted by: Reb | 07/16/2012 at 01:40 PM
Faced with a dozen+ boxes already stacked in my living room and several dozen more waitng to be packed for my upcoming move, the LAST thing I need to even think about buying is more scrapbooking stuff. But, oh my, I am just all a-quiver at the thought of getting my hands on these new products! I have been a huge fan of both KI and Sassafras Lass since their very early days and still have papers from their first lines! Of course, Basic Grey and MME are always favorites. I am looking forward to seeing more from Farm House Market Co.. Oh, who am I kidding? I want it all! Just not until AFTER I move!

I am loving the American Crafts layered tags (numbered 1 through 25), but search as I might, I can't find them anywhere on the internet. Do you happen to have a link? Thanks in advance for your help!
