Today I just wanted to quickly share a new project I'm doing and how much I love it.
It's called 52 lists and you can read more about it HERE.
I bought this journal for 7 dollars at Marshalls. I'd been contemplating doing 52 lists and this journal convinced me to do it.
Here's why I love this project. I love the idea of having a journal.
However I NEVER...and i mean never keep up with them. I have dozens upon dozens of journals that I've started throughout my life. None of them have more than 10 pages filled in.
I love the idea of using lists as prompts for a journal. It will keep me motivated and give me something to write about.
It's a way for me to fit in being creative. Moorea has printable lists every week, you could easily just print them and jot down your thoughts...but I like adding stamps/bits of washi/etc to each page. It's a quick and easy way for me to fit in creative time.
So what do you think? Are you doing 52 lists? Are you going to start doing them?
xo
I always start with a flourish and then it fizzles out. I started a scrapbook journal last year and when I look at it I feel sad...it only has art and journaling up to the end of Feb 2012.

yes, I am doing it! for now I have just written down the list prompts!
I love yours so far, awesome! I am going to try to locate my bin of collected journals that are empty,
to find the perfect one! I keep so many journals, but this one seems the most fun!!
I love the journal you found, it's PERFECT!!!!!
I keep a journal for each of my girls, a family journal, a prayer journal, a quote journal, a childhood memories journal,
a list of story ideas journal. so yes, I LOVE journaling!
can't wait to start this!
going to look through my journal bin right now!
xoxo

I had never heard of 52 lists. I, too, love journals and the thought of keeping a journal. And I, too, never fill more than 10 pages. I may need to jump in on this one... Thanks for sharing!

So glad your doing this and WOW your pages are pretty and the journal cover is awesome!!
I've done list classes before and must say that when you do these with friends and prompts it really does inspire you to keep doing them. There are plenty of empty journals in my shelves too but the ones like this always keep me motivated.
Hope you will continue to share and be inspired to finish all 52 lists!!!

This is so cute. What a great idea. I'm not doing this, but I am trying a new way to keep a diary with the Simple Diary and it seems to be working. I'm kinda happy about it! Of course, we're barely into the new year, but still.

I love this Stephanie! Definitely going to check it out and join in! Like you, I have tons of journals that started with grand intentions, then I let life get busy & stopped.

I used to love my life until GBM-4 Brain Cancer took my husband of 40+ years and now our family is torn apart.
