A sweet friend of mine decided that some of our old Two Peas group should do a layout and post it today and I was more than happy to join in.
About six years ago there was an amazingly supportive group over there. We chatted, uploaded layouts regularly, and the gallery was the best. So much encouragement and feedback. I really miss those days sometimes!
Here's what I made. Choosing the photo was a no brainer. As several of you said...this photo of Lucy was screaming to be scrapped!
I stuck with a white+gold color scheme and used modified journaling from my Wordless (ish?!?!) Wednesday blog post...Easy peasy.
Supplies: Carta Bella Wildflower 6x6 pad, Martha Stewart tissue flowers, Freckled Fawn metal flowers, Crate paper stitched labels, Chic Tags star rubons, MME enamel dots, American Crafts gold thickers, Twine and Ink gold labels, doilies
TGIF, sweet friends!
xoxo
Love the neutral colours with the gold... Makes her sweet pink princess dress pop! I also enjoy how you journal on the wee cards... Must try that., thanks for the inspiration & so cute story of Lucy. :)

Super cute! I actually have some gold rub-on stars, enamel dots, and T&E label stickers right here next to my keyboard. I think this means I need to do something crafty with them very soon. Your layout is too cute!

Gorgeous layout, Stephanie! Love the gold color scheme. It's so regal for a Princess Lucy layout! Love how you used all of those label stickers should journal. I really should try that. It looks fantastic and is a great way to use up some of my stash!

I love the way you just simply write 1/2014 as the date....I'm thinking I may need to lift that idea. I really like the simplicity of of it...
