Wordless (ish?!?!?) Wednesday

I can't lie. Having two 3 year olds is kind of hilarious. One of them is always mad at me.

People like to say "What's she mad about?"

And I always say "Uhhhh...Who knows."

Seriously. Who the heck knows.

Like the photo above. I'm pretty sure she was mad at me because I wouldn't hold her hand with my right hand. There was something in the left hand and she did NOT like that.

Hence the sad/angry Italian monster above.

It's so arbitrary. They get mad if someone looks at them. Or if I tell them their dress is on backwards. They get mad if the other one sneezes or if snack is not what they hoped it would be.

Lucy's new thing is to yell "NO FAIR" and cross her arms and huff loudly. Y'all. I laugh and laugh and laugh so hard every time. And the other day I actually did it right back at her. You should have seen her face. BAHAHA.

Oh I love love love three.

I have a 3 year old boy, and his thing right now is yelling "Why you always tell me I can't do that?" Really, really loud. Love it. You are so right, 3 is fun. But then again, anything after successful potty training is fun in my book!

Man, my three year old isn't so bad with this - but my one year old! I wish I had a better attitude towards the whole thing more frequently. Maybe if I put her in a monster outfit I would.

But, yes, I do take photos when she gets like that!

Oh my goodness, three is so fun! My youngest is three right now and she is the sweetest girl until a switch is flipped and she is the grumpiest girl on the planet. She can throw a tantrum like nobody's business. It's a good thing they are also so cute at this age.

I'm laughing too, she's adorable even when she's cross. My six year old still gets cross ALL the time when things don't go exactly his way. He yells and cries and his brothers imitate him and yes, that makes him even crosser.

haha was just about to post the link that someone did above......there is actually a blog called 'reasons my kid is crying' lol and there is also a book, which is HILARIOUS!
Imagine my life - I teach 66 3-4 yr-olds and then come home to one!

Tell her I said she's rock in the angry monster look! My grandson is going thru his "why?" phase. He also loves to torment and tease so sometimes he'll just ask why to yank your chain. I've started tormenting him back by asking him why over and over. He finally got the point and stopped. They are such fun!!!

I had to laugh at this because someone is always mad at me...the teenagers! :)They are exactly like three-year-olds except maybe not as cute. I think I need to laugh more and get frustrated less!

"not fair" with the huff and crossed arms was apparently a common occurrence in our home when my sister and I were small. the technique employed by my father which seemed to break the sulk and invoke giggling was that he would cross him arms, frown and then chant "not fair, not fair, not fair...". there would be several "stop it dad" and "daaaaaaaaaaaaaaadddddddddddddddd!!!!!" complaints at first, but eventually it worked.
