That meat chart may be a bit old. In 2011, the FDA lowered the doneness temp for pork to 145F. I believe that is about 63C, not 80.

I, too, found myself nodding a lot when reading that list of 23 words for booklovers. So true! And I am right there with you on the Amy & Tina thing - they are awesome together :)
Now I need to try that sleep thing. There are definitely some nights where that would come in handy.

So when my 16-year-old (who is stressed about upcoming midterms, SATs, road test, etc.) told me that she couldn't sleep last night, I pulled up your blog. Thanks for linking to the 4,7,8 method. It worked like a charm and we all had a good night's sleep!
